Altoona is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Altoona follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Not a whole lot of seating space compared to other places. Parking is ok, can get kind of hot inside.

A wonderful place where you can have fun and keep fit by enjoying the basketball court πŸ€ and the Gym πŸ’ͺ

I was working out on a bench and I just got up. They were playing basketball upstairs and right where I was laying a 6 foot light fixture with two fluorescent lights fell out of the ceiling and exploded on the bench where I was laying. The place has always been a dump.

It's not for everyone because it has a lot of older stuff, but, if you're actually worried about working out in a good environment and don't care about what year the machine was made, you'll love it.

This a Family Owned business with truly the most dedicated and loyal customers! Everyone that comes to the Building is family. They have also opened the door for Phoenix Pro and Eclipse Wrestling to run monthly shows upstairs on their court!
